Edit Party — A Zoom Meeting that changed my life
What happens if you're alone in your room. Just you, and your PC doing your work. The same thing happens for Many VFX artists, and filmmakers, and other artists. They work so hard, yet they face many problems. When they are happy with the result, they publish it. But, what if they didn't get any recognition? All of their hard work, pfff! The Pandemic has brought everyone home. Now, they must find a way to communicate with people of their own Niche. How do they do that?
The Solution came from a talented VFX artist @cachebunny. She made a zoom meeting called Edit Party. Here, you can meet anyone in your niche. Not only filmmakers, but people who have unique talents or want to grow can also join this amazing Community. It was all started on May 3rd, 2020. That was the time I was getting started in 3D. At the start, the whole thing was complicated. I came to a point where I’m mentally disturbed. Then, I started to go to Edit Party. I was Captivated by the support they all gave me. People from all around the world come to Edit Party. From that day, I started giving more focus to my art and building more connections with people. I started to Live Every Minute Of It. I got to know that In this world, perfection is just an illusion. It just comes along.
Edit Party provided hope to many people. It revealed their work. Every successful individual knows that his or her achievement depends on a community of persons working together. We’ve done collabs, had fun, and the reason we’re even standing today is because of the awesome community! Today, I’m honored to be a part of the “Edit Party”.
You don’t need to be a professional, not a CG or VFX artist or a filmmaker to come to Edit Party, all you need to have is any skills you're trying to show to the world. You need not be a professional. even though you're new to editing and other stuff, you're welcome! We welcome all artists and editors of all skill levels.
Edit Party also Hosts Footage Bank, a variety of stop clips from our community! So, come hop into Edit Party!
